Gurmeet Choudhary shoots despite of bad injury! 2014

Few are those who actually follow the phrase “Work is worship”, and in the world of television or Bollywood it’s really tough to find such people because the people related in this industry of glamour are reportedly quite hassled and pester ones.

But telly heart throb Gurmeet Choudhary is proving the above absolutely incorrect. The actor was recently performing a knock-out act on the song of Ishaqzaade full up with all kinds of daredevil fire stunts. During one fire stunt he was playing with flames to impress his fans, but unfortunately the actor ended up getting his knuckles burnt in the middle of the act. With the flames coming in direct touch with his skin, the organizers expected the act to come to a standstill but Gurmeet continued to move with intensity and aplomb.

The award ceremony was concluded for Zee Rishtey Awards, where every star from the Zee family put their best foot forward and dazzled the wildly cheering crowd of over 25000 fans with one stellar performance after another.

When Gurmeet got injured he didn’t leave the performance mid-way, he completed the whole and after that headed towards medical treatment. The show makers of his show Punar Vivaah safely concluded that they would need to realign the next day’s shoot as they assured Gurmeet got injured.

But what happened next was amazing for everyone; Gurmeet was the first to report on sets the next morning. A source revealed, "Gurmeet's professionalism and dedication to his job is unparalleled. He can put himself to innumerable inconveniences but will not let his show or performance as an actor suffer in anyway. We had a karva chauth sequence that we had to shoot on the day after Zee Rishtey Awards and it was a crucial shoot. We were considering the possibility of using a duplicate but Gurmeet landed up despite his burns and put all our problems to rest."
