Sohn Ye Jin to star in “Personal Taste” opposite of Lee Min Ho
Actress Sohn Ye Jin has been chosen to play as the female lead role
opposite to Lee Min Ho in MBC newest upcoming drama “개인의 취향” (“Personal
Taste”) to be broadcast this coming April. According to her agency,
Barunson Entertainment, they have announced the news through a press
release that the actress has been cast for the role of Park Kae In, a
furniture designer in her late 20s.
개인의 취향 “Personal Taste” is based on a novel of the same name by
Korean writer Lee Sae In. The drama will focus on the story between a
woman and man living together, with the woman thinking the man is
homosexual. In order to live together, Lee Min Ho’s character pretends
to be gay.
Sohn Ye Jin told the news that her reason to choose this role is
because she wanted to be a part of something bright and happy drama this
year. “When I first read the script, I fell in love with Park Kae In’s
character; confident and charming, yet still lacking in some ways.
Overall, the drama seems light and I feel it will be fun to shoot,” the
actress added.
