Parul Chauhan says that Shahrukh is her first crush!
Parul Chauhan has hit the bulls’ eye by bagging the role of Divya in Punar Vivah 2. The actress was seen in the shows like Bidaai and now has stepped in the shoes in Rubina Dilnaik. The actress says that she has a big time crush on Shahrukh Khan, says he was her first crush.
The actress says that she is in seventh heaven right now for having been roped into Punar Vivah. She says that it’s a good show and moreover, it’s a good production house that I am working with. The actress also said that it was the story and the challenging role that made her accept this show.
It was also being said that she was not the first choice of the role, when queried about this, she said, “Well its quite obvious. Viewers are used to see Rubina as Divya in Punar Vivah 2. But the main problem here is that it has been a very long time when Rubina had quit the show. So there is a lot of gap between Rubina’s exit and my entry in the show. We know people take time to accept a new character in the show so it’s natural that they will take time to accept me as new Divya.”
Also talking about her favorite character in the show, she said, “I like each and every character in the show. But if I have to choose one, then it has to be the character of Raj’s (Karan Grover) mother Kamla (Sangeeta Pawar).”
When asked who is her inspiration when it comes to acting, she said, “As an aspiring TV actor, I watched a lot of Balaji shows. So I really liked Sakshi Tanwar and Shweta Tiwari’s acting skills. So Sakshi and Shweta are my inspirations when it comes to acting.”
The actress also said that she is single and in no hurry to get married.
