Raqesh Vashisth says that he plays Shahrukh Khan in Heroine!2014

TV actors getting their share of space on the big screen has nowadays become a common trend prevailing in town. In the recent past we have seen many of the TV actors marking their presence in films either playing lead roles or essaying a strong supportive role.

And following the suit now we have the Star Plus’ Maryaada Lekin Kab Tak lead, Aditya aka Raqesh Vashisth heading towards films, however this is not his first venture. He has done films in past but they weren’t a successful attempt. But for this time he is quite confident of making it big as the film is Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine.   

Talking of the film he said, “I have just finished my first schedule for the movie and would be returning back in time for the second one. It's an honor to work for Madhur Bandarkar's movie and that too a much awaited film like Heroine."

Updating the sources about his role in the film, Raqesh stated, "I would be essaying a superstar in the movie. In short, it would be shown that I am the Shah Rukh Khan of the industry. I would be paired opposite Kareena Kapoor where she is the heroine and our film becomes a superhit. Though it's a cameo, getting associated with such a banner is a much greater thing for me and the working experience till date has been fantastic”.
