Paras looks after the family business 'NIRVAAN ATHAANA' (home made pickles and other things). He single-handedly does the marketing and also makes his own money. He is a yes man of his mama Neelkanth. At home, he is very sober and talks very softly and he is well dressed. He buttons his shirts to the collar. But the moment he steps outside he unbuttons his shirts and becomes flamboyant. He smokes, drinks and parties with his friends. He is the type - 'eda bana kar peda khana�

Gauri Nigudkar
Role:Krishna
The eldest among the eldest daughters, Krishna's character is a female version of Lord Krishna. like Lord Krishna, she uses all the weapons of Saam Daam Dandh Bhed for the good of the family. She is a devotee of lord Krishna and shares her inner feelings and dilemmas with him and gains strength by interacting with lord Krishna. Whenever she is in a problem, she seeks solution from lord Krishna. She doesn't except defeat easily. She is a fighter in life and wins against all odds. She is a saviour for her brother Nirvaan and all younger sisters. A simple girl with 'a girl next door' image. She stands up for her principals in life. Though she herself gets trapped into by situation, comes out of it unscathed. She believes in Karma and is a Karmyogini. Her being a Manglik has caused a hurdle in getting married. She gets married to Karan but later on finds out he was behind Parth's accident. Karan dies and she gets married to her childhood friend and love Parth.

Dark complexioned and wearing specs... Channd is not a very good looking girl. She has a complex about her looks, no matter how much her sisters and mother try to console her. But God has his ways, he did not give her looks but gave her the brains! She is the most intelligent of all the sisters. An introvert by nature and a sentimental and emotional person, she cries at the drop of the hat. She never talks abput her problems to anyone in the family and broods all by her self. The only thing she does is writing it down in a diary and vents out all her feelings. One habit that is a part of her character: Whenever she is tensed or lost in thoughts, the first thing she does is take off her specs and start cleaning the lens with her handkerchief. She is very fond of making Rangoli and tries to fill her colourless life with the colours of rangoli. Chand loves Parth. Her world is shattered when she is raped & later its revealed that Veer is behind it. She marries a man who is twice her age & has a daughter from his first marriage, with whom later on she falls in love.
