Sanaya Irani- the sweet and bubbly Khushi of Iss Pyar Ko Ky Naam Doon 2014

After playing Gunjan in Star One’s popular show- Miley Jab Hum Tum Sanaya Irani returned again this time on Star Plus. These days Sanaya is playing the lead Khushi Kumari Gupta in Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon.
Here in Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon Sanaya’s role is bit different from her previous role in Miley Jab Hum Tum. Though like Gunjan she is supporting Indian clothes and Indian values but where Gunjan was timid and introvert, Khushi is talkative and bubbly who wins everyone’s heart with her lovely attitude.
Sanaya’s previous projects:
As discussed earlier, Sanaya played one of the female leads in Miley Jab Hum Tum on Star One. She also did Left Right Left on Sab, Radha Ki Betiyan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi on NADTV Imagine. She has also done couple of advertisement campaigns and music videos before. She was also in the movie Fanna where she played Kajol’s friend.
Sanaya’s Role in Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon:
Here in Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon Sanaya is playing Khushi, a lovely girl. She is an orphan. Her parents died in a car accident when she was 8 and was then adopted. She then comes across the business tycoon- Arnav Singh Raizada (Played by Barun Sobti) who is rich and arrogant. Due to some bad experience in past he doesn’t believe in relationships and commitment and thinks that money can buy everything. But Khushi changes his attitude completely. Though in the start there is clash of thoughts but slowly-2 they get fond of each other and come close to each other.
There is also one more important character Shyam who is a greedy and sneaky person. He married Arnav’s sister Anjali to be rich. Then he met Khushi and drooled over her. He wants to get her at any cost. First he impressed Khushi’s bua so that she can convince Khushi’s parents for Shyam- Khushi’s marriage. When Khushi’s father came to know that Shyam is already married he even tried to kill him. Soon Shyam’s identity will come in front of everyone and then a big blow will occur to Arnav- Khushi’s blossoming love story and there are rumors that Arnav will misunderstand Khushi as being a gold digger and will marry her to save his sister’s marriage. Though it will take time for him to realize Khushi’s truth and then his hatred will change to love again.
