Some NEWS clipings about Jhansi ki Rani:-
Zee TV and Contiloe Entertainment have taken the next big step in promoting their popular show, Jhansi Ki Rani.. Zee TV's
historical show, Jhansi Ki Rani is going places and the fact is
validated by the positive feedback the show has been garnering from its
viewers in the form of encouraging TRP. Taking a step ahead in cashing
on its popularity and reaching out to more potential viewers, the
production house Contiloe Entertainment and the channel have worked
together to release a promo of the show which will last for 45 to 60
seconds. This path breaking promo will be screened at different
theatres. Says our source, "The show is in its final leg and this is the
most important stage of the show as Jhansi Ki Rani (Kratika Sengar)
will declare war against the British. The channel wants to attract as
many viewers as possible now. Jhansi Ki Rani has been a prominent show
in helping the channel step up on the GRP scale and with the latest
promo meant for the theaters, the channel is trying it's last bit to set
the TRPs of the show soaring"We hear that the production house has
spent almost 70 to 75 lakhs on the promos and is leaving no stone
unturned to make it look as catchy as possible. When contacted, Kratika Sengar
who portrays the Rani states, "Yes, we have shot this promo in the
table land of Kolhapur. It was an amazing experience, just as big as
shooting for a movie. The shoot happened amidst a huge number of horses
and as many as 700 people. I had to ride on a horse with a real baby
tied on my back. The technicians and action masters were very motivated
in getting the best out of all. Thankfully, there were no injuries
during the shoot". If sources are to be believed, the promo has been
shot fully and will hit various theatres very soon.. We contacted
Producer Abhimanyu Singh of Contiloe Telefilms to know more on the
lavish promo shoot, but he said, "I think you need to talk to the
channel about this". We tried contacting Sukesh Motwani, Fiction Head, Zee TV and even sent him a text message but did not get any revert.

Kratika Sengar who essays the role of Jhansi Ki Rani had a great fall recently and has suffered bruises on her head, neck and back..
'Jhansi Ki Rani', Kratika Sengar has hurt herself very badly while shooting for her show on Zee TV.
An onlooker from the sets tells us, "Kratika was shooting for a
sequence on the horse wherein she was trying to save Gangadhar Rao (Sameer Dharmadhikari).
The girl who is otherwise a good horse rider was unlucky on the given
day, as she fell off the horse and landed on her face. The fall was very
scary and the entire unit rushed to help her with first aid. Kratika
has suffered bruises on her head, neck and back. Thankfully, this fall
did not aggravate her slip disc problem that she had suffered few years
back. She has been advised complete bed rest for few days; this has
prompted the unit to pack her off to Mumbai so that she could rest well
there". TellyBuzz called Kratika to wish her a speedy recovery, and the
girl told us, "Yes, I had a severe fall. I am back to Mumbai resting
now. I will have to take rest for another 2-3 days time, before I resume
shoot. I thank my stars, as if I had fallen on my back side I would
have worsened by slip disc problem. As of now, I have suffered few
scratches on my neck and back, and since I hurt my head while falling, I
have a pain there. However, I have gone thro' all the scans and all is
fine. I just need time to get out of this pain".Talking about the
demanding schedule in daily soaps, she states, "As soon as I had a fall,
I knew something was wrong. So I had quickly given few close-ups before
I met the doctor. I can breathe easy as I know that there is a bank of
few episodes". Well, we request Kratika to rest as much as possible
before she takes off to portray her heroic role of Jhansi..

I am a non indian based here in California and Ive realized that in Insian History a woman freedom fighter already existed but i was wondering that in India still a lot of casts and discriminations against women still existed.Women should have equal rights with men.And more freedom. But Queen Laxmibai is a great historical with a twists of fiction.Im hoping that more historical movies wi continue to show in ZeeTV.
ReplyDeleteThanks for subtitles in English I could understand the show. Its time for indian entertainment to join international communities.
Sincerely,
