Personal fitness mantra: Eat healthy, exercise regularly and stay fit.
Personal diet mantra: I have my trainer who has
given me a diet chart to follow. It is not that difficult; I just got to
have high protein food and avoid oily food and sweets.
Exercise routine: For the last 10 years, I have
been following the same routine. I start with 20 minutes of cardio and
later switch on to weightlifting. I do all this to have a lean body and
not look like Hulk. Other than gym, I also indulge in sports.
