Kelkar and Keerti first met on the sets of Aakrosh on Doordarshan, but it was on their second show, CID Special Bureau that the duo decided to get hitched.
Post marriage, the couple did several shows together including the dance reality show Nach Baliye 2
and on February 7, 2014, the couple was blessed with a daughter. The
actor took to social networking sites to express his joy with his fans,
“Feels awesome to share this news with you all first! Her eyes are
crinkly, nose, cheeks so tiny & she’s still just abt trying to
recognise me… blessed to be a father to her!” Awwww… teary eyed, no?
